About D.El.Ed – Diploma in Elementary Education
The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year professional diploma program designed for individuals who aspire to become qualified primary and upper-primary school teachers (Classes I–VIII). The course focuses on child-centered education, teaching methodologies, classroom management, and the overall development of young learners.

Course Duration:
- 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks (Relaxation as per state norms).
- There is no age bar for most universities offering this program.
